Returns Policy

Returns & Exchanges Policy

At The Lords Club, we take great pride in the quality of our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our returns policy below.

Returns Window

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Items returned outside of this period will not be accepted.

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be returned in original packaging

  • Show no signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration

We reserve the right to refuse a return if items do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or cancelled:

  • Personalised items

  • Made-to-order items

Once an order for a personalised or made-to-order product has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or returned under any circumstances.

Return Postage

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable

Faulty Items

We are committed to resolving any issues promptly.

  • Any faulty or defective items must be reported within 30 days of delivery

  • Once confirmed, we will offer an exchange for the same item

  • Return postage for confirmed faulty items will be covered by The Lords Club

Please note: normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or damage caused by improper care does not qualify as a fault.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return or report a faulty item, please contact our customer service team at support@thelordsclub.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Supporting photos if the item is faulty

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
