Returns Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Items returned outside of this period will not be accepted.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unused, unworn, and in original condition

Have all original tags attached

Be returned in original packaging

Show no signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration
We reserve the right to refuse a return if items do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or cancelled:

Made-to-order items
Once an order for a personalised or made-to-order product has been placed, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or returned under any circumstances.
Return Postage

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer

We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit

Original delivery charges are non-refundable
Faulty Items
We are committed to resolving any issues promptly.

Any faulty or defective items must be reported within 30 days of delivery

Once confirmed, we will offer an exchange for the same item

Return postage for confirmed faulty items will be covered by The Lords Club
Please note: normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or damage caused by improper care does not qualify as a fault.
