The Lords Club Members Club – Terms and Conditions

By applying for and/or accepting membership to The Lords Club Members Club ("TLC Members Club" or "the Club"), you (“the Member”) agree to abide by the following legally binding Terms and Conditions. These terms ensure privacy, exclusivity, mutual respect, and the protection of both the members and The Lords Club Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Acceptance of Terms

By becoming a member of TLC Members Club, you expressly agree to these Terms and Conditions. Your continued participation, access to members-only areas, or involvement in any Club activities constitutes your binding acceptance of these terms.

Members that apply must be over the age of 18 years old and ID is required before acceptance. 

2. Confidentiality and Privacy

  • Members must not share or disclose any sensitive, personal, or identifiable information about other members, including but not limited to names, contact details, business activity, or any conversations from within the members’ area, group chats, or in-person gatherings.

  • All discussions, content, and activity within the members area or group chats are strictly private and must not be repeated, recorded, or distributed outside of the Club under any circumstances.

3. Respectful Conduct and Language

  • Members are expected to maintain a respectful and courteous tone at all times within any Lords Club members forum, group chat, or in-person event.

  • The use of abusive, aggressive, offensive, discriminatory, or harmful language or behavior toward another member is strictly prohibited.

  • Any issues or concerns regarding another member’s conduct must be reported directly to The Lords Club team, who will handle the matter confidentially and internally.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a membership at any time, with or without notice, in the event of a breach of conduct or any other reason we deem appropriate.

4. Inappropriate Content

  • Members are strictly prohibited from sharing rude, offensive, explicit, or otherwise inappropriate content in any members-only spaces, including but not limited to group chats, forums, or events.

  • Any breach of this rule will result in immediate removal from the group and possible termination of membership.

5. Member Logins and Access

  • Members must not share their login credentials for the members-only portal or private areas of the Club website.

  • Membership access is strictly non-transferable. Reselling, transferring, or gifting access to any third party is strictly forbidden and will result in cancellation of membership.

6. Exclusive Members-Only Merchandise

  • Products sold as members-only merchandise (e.g., the official Lords Club Members Tie) are for personal use only and may not be resold, traded, or gifted to non-members under any circumstance.

7. Meetups and Events

  • The details of all private member events and meetups — including location, date, time, or guest lists — are confidential and must not be shared externally.

  • Attendance of non-members is strictly prohibited unless a specific event invitation permits a +1 guest, as explicitly stated by The Lords Club.

8. Business Between Members

  • Any business, collaboration, networking, or financial arrangement between members is done entirely at the discretion of the involved individuals.

  • The Lords Club is not liable or responsible for any agreements, disputes, losses, or outcomes related to business conducted between members.

  • The Club’s name, brand, or platform must not be used to imply endorsement or formal association with any third-party dealings between members.

9. Membership Termination

  • We reserve the right to suspend or cancel any membership at any time, without prior notice, for behavior or actions that violate these Terms or that we deem damaging to the integrity or values of The Lords Club.

  • No refunds will be issued in the event of termination due to a breach of these Terms.

10. Amendments

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Members will be informed of any major changes. Continued participation following updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
